Always came here as a kid even into my 20's. We had bbq's, baseball games, etc. came today expecting it to be packed as it always was. There's no-one here! I'm amazed but very happy!
It has plenty of room for running around playing frisby or halfball. Baseball games, picnik tables and charcoal grills. A great place to bring a cooler and food to spend a day with the family. Free too!! Oh, I almost forgot about the beautiful wooded trails with old school bridges and waterfalls to explore.
It's a park with a lake type body of water for fishing (in fact I caught one of the largest fish in my long fishing history at this park!), A playground, tennis courts, and all the other usual "park in the middle of a pretty developed area" features. It's clean. It's not overcrowded. It's a park. I dig it.
Great park for little kids and big kids. The park also has a nature trail with a creek.
Lots of room. Great playground.
