I found Marella Electric to be very responsive and John from the company went through extra effort to help with a permitting issue I had with a township. John was efficient and trustworthy. Best experience I have had with a contractor in a while.
We had a problem with our electric on a Sunday night. I contacted Martella electric online thru an online chat. The Representitive asked if he could have someone call me- it was like 10pm. I said sure. I scheduled someone to come out Monday morning. Mark came out and diagnosed our problem. It was a major problem.Mark understood that it was not something we were prepared for and was empathetic, which is rare these days. Mark was very respectful and kind. We had to schedule the next day for him to have time to do the job. Mark was very knowledgeable and covered all the bases. We are so pleased with the job he's done and now feel safe in our home. The price was expensive but for what had to be done, it was extremely reasonable. The whole process was relatively painless. John's come through for me twice in the last couple months. Latest situation was when I was having an issue keeping me from having heat in my house and I needed some wiring corrected right away. John responded same day to my voicemail and was able to move work around to respond NEXT DAY. His rates are very reasonable and even in an emergency, he didn't jack up the price. Class guy who does quality work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!!
