Best car wash i been too. Only been there twice. My turck cames out very nice clean. Love it
A complete waste of time and don't go there and less you want to lose your money.
Went there to get a car wash and gave the automated machine $10. It then had to reboot it self and lost my application and therefore was never able to get a wash. No employees on site and called the main number twice and got no answers.
I've been using Rennie's since 2006 & love it. I'm baffled by the complaints because the wash menu is $5, $10, $15 EVERY DAY! I love that there isn't any tire track which can foul up your rims & with the $15 wash, you get a complete & thorough wash with both triple foam & RainX wax seal which has come in handy with this year's never ending monsoon season! Anytime I've contacted the owners (I have no clue about emailing them, as their contact number is on your receipt), 90% of the time, I had a response within minutes & Rennie is a great & helpful lady! Don't believe the hate; Rennie's is my favorite automatic car wash & with good reason. With 5 vehicles, including 2 Mustangs, we are here at least once a week & are always satisfied with the quality. However, as with everything out there; the more you pay, the better the quality. If you have a newer car & want to keep it looking great; opt for the $15 wash! We opt for the less expensive washes to wash off pollen/road salt, but when it comes to wanting to see the car glisten & gleam; the full menu is what I recommend.
The car wash doesn't do a very good job. I have used the pet wash a few times but it was really dirty the second time. I could not get change onsite because the machine was broken and the bill machine wouldn't take my money.
0 Stars. Call me an idiot, but its nice to just drive through. The sensors are broken. Always pay for the ultimate. The waxer ALWAYS stops at end of cab on the truck. Dryers dont compare to actual seconds. Garbage wash anymore. Im sure the touch up 5 dollar wash is fine. Which i would pay, but it wont suffice for the salt!!! Good luck finding anybody around that speaks English!!! This place got cheap, BIG TIME. Terrible. Pissed off every time i leave, but only one around. Just wash the damn thing yourself, you will be happy.
So essentially gave them $10 for no service and no one can be reached to help rectify the situation.
